The Smithsonian Institution Located in Washington D.C.:

The Smithsonian is the world’s largest museum and research complex and features 19 museums and galleries, the National Zoological Park, and several other research stations. This museum was a medieval fortress and a spectacular palace of the kings of France over two centuries ago. The museum’s collections range from antiquity to the first-half of the 19th century. Main attractions include Venus de Milo, Winged Victory of Samothrace, and Leonardo da Vinci’s Mona Lisa.

The Metropolitan Museum of Art Located in New York, New York:

The Metropolitan Museum of Art, located on New York City’s Museum Mile, is one of the world’s largest museums with over two million pieces of artwork from Picasso to Pollock. Here you can admire the armory or browse the 2,000 European paintings, which are all housed in a magnificent Beaux-Art facade building.

The Acropolis Museum Located in Athens, Greece:

The ground floor of the gallery houses is absolutely stunning; the incredible transparent glass floor offers visitors a walk over history. The exhibits in the Archaic Gallery allow visitors to view all sides of the objects that are displayed in open spaces and characterized by natural and constantly changing light.

Main attractions include the frieze of the Parthenon, which is mounted on a structure with exactly the same dimensions as the Cella of the Parthenon.
